I’m Hannah, and I’d love to welcome you to my Central Hayden retreat! If you’re looking for a high-quality stay with a local touch, this is the perfect spot. Whether you're here to spend a sunny day at Honeysuckle Beach, walk over to Triple Play Family Fun Park, or head up the road to Silverwood, you’ll be right in the center of the action.
Inside, I’ve made sure every detail helps you relax. After a day of exploring, you can cozy up by the electric fireplace or head to the private backyard to enjoy the fire pit and Adirondack chairs. For the families, I’ve stocked the living room with board games, children’s books, and coloring supplies to keep the little ones entertained.
As with all my properties, I prioritize a great night's sleep—featuring DreamCloud and Nectar memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains. My kitchen is fully prepped for "real cooking" with stainless steel cookware, a crockpot for easy vacation meals, and a fun selection of bartending tools.
I live and raise my family right here in the area, so I’ve made sure this home has the local essentials you need, from a porch swing for your morning coffee to a garage to keep your car cool in the summer and snow-free in the winter. I can't wait to share my favorite Hayden gems with you!
Hi! I’m Hannah, your local host here in Coeur d’Alene. Several years ago, I traded the fast pace of the city for the mountains of Northern Idaho, and I haven’t looked back. My background as a nurse deeply influences how I host: I believe that true luxury is found in the details and in feeling genuinely cared for.
As the founder of CDAstay, I personally curate, stock, and maintain every home to ensure it meets my 'sparkling clean' and 'perfectly prepared' standards. I’m not just a manager; I’m your local host. Whether it’s ensuring the kitchen is well stocked or sharing the hidden CDA trails and cafés that only locals know, my goal is to make your stay effortless and unforgettable. BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed, DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, smart TV, charging cable for phones, luggage racks, oscillating fan.
BEDROOM 2: Twin-over-twin trundle bed, Nectar mattress, blackout curtains, desk with chair, roll-away twin mattress in closet.
BATHROOM: Shower-tub combination, blow dryer, soap bars, PooPourri spray, Neutrogena individually packaged makeup remover towelettes, cotton balls, Q-tips. NOTE: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash NOT provided.
KITCHEN: Hand mixer, toaster, hot water pot, crockpot, blender, 12-cup drip coffee maker, ground coffee, coffee filter, large selection of Pyrex bakeware, Cuisinart stainless steel cooking pots, Wilson baking trays, and wide selection of glassware and bartending tools. A variety of Tazo tea, hot chocolate packets, and liquid and powder coffee creamer. Individual packets of ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauces, and relish. Cooking spices, olive oil, vegetable oil, Crisco, and vinegar. Although there is not an icemaker built into the refrigerator, ice trays are provided and ample room is available to store purchased ice bags in the freezer.
LIVING ROOM: High-speed internet with WiFi. All TVs offer online streaming—sign into any of your accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.). Coloring books, crayons, colored pencils, board games, and children's books.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Full-size washer and dryer located in the unit with Gain detergent (liquid and/or powder), Gain fabric beads, Gain dryer sheets, Dyson cordless vacuum, and cleaning supplies.
LINEN CLOSET: Towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, extra bed linens, first aid kit, extra pillows.
OUTDOOR SPACE: External facing only security cameras located on ring doorbell and driveway light, both face toward street. Backyard fire pit, propane grill, patio furniture set, and four Adirondack chairs. Private parking for one car in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway. Front porch swing.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Just around the corner from downtown Hayden, where you will find numerous restaurants, shopping options, a small public park, and library. A short drive to Honeysuckle Beach on Lake Hayden, Triple Play, Silverwood Theme Park, several golf courses, and downtown Coeur d'Alene attractions.
- Please be aware that while we strive to accurately represent our property in photos and descriptions, minor variations may occur. By booking, guests acknowledge that the actual property may differ slightly from what is shown or described, and no refunds will be issued based on such differences.
Full access to the entire house and garage, with electronic door lock for self check-in.

Neighborhood consist of small single family homes. Quiet and friendly neighborhood.
Walk around the corner and you will be in downtown Hayden. You can walk 1/2 mile to Triple Play. A short drive to other area attractions. Small town traffic makes for fast travel to and from local destinations.
Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $150 per stay.
- Maximum number: 2
- Insurance policy does not allow: dog(s) or cat(s) with bite history as well as Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid or any mix thereof.
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.
Unapproved late checkouts:
Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.
Extended stays:
Longer stays welcome! Please note: For reservations over 28 nights, a rental agreement is required. We’ll send this through Airbnb messaging after booking.
