Why should I book directly through your website instead of Airbnb or VRBO?

Booking direct means booking directly with Hannah, the owner, instead of through a big corporate platform. Cutting out those platforms' service fees typically saves 10-15% on the total stay, and guests get a direct line to a local owner who knows the properties inside and out.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which gives the cleaning team enough time to prepare the home. Because Hannah lives and works locally, early arrivals or late departures can often be accommodated at no extra cost when the schedule allows; a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may carry a small fee.

Are parties or events allowed?

Formal events such as weddings, organized receptions, or ticketed parties are not permitted, since the homes sit in quiet residential neighborhoods and must comply with professional insurance requirements. Casual group get-togethers like birthdays, reunions, or weekends away are welcome as long as guests are respectful of neighbors and noise levels.

Are the hot tubs and pools open year-round?

Hot tubs are open for use every day of the year, including winter. The heated pools are seasonal, generally operating from the beginning of April through the end of October depending on Coeur d'Alene weather.

Are the kitchens fully stocked?

Yes. Each kitchen is stocked well beyond the basics, with quality cookware and thoughtful extras so guests can cook as if at home. If a specific small appliance or tool is needed and isn't already provided, guests can ask and Hannah will typically source it locally before arrival.

How do I get into the property?

All CDAstay homes use electronic keyless locks. A unique, guest-specific door code is sent a few days before check-in and stays active for the full length of the stay, so there's no key pickup required.

How do you handle pool and hot tub maintenance?

A certified pool and hot tub technician services water chemistry and filtration between every guest stay, with additional visits every other day for stays longer than two days. Pool and spa areas have exterior access, so the technician never needs to enter the house and guests don't need to be present.

Pet-friendly accommodations are offered at all properties, and most include a fenced yard. A pet fee applies, set by property size, and certain breed restrictions apply due to insurance requirements; details are listed in each property's house rules.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival receive a full refund of the cleaning fee plus a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay. The house was extremely clean, new, and exactly as described. The mountain views and hot tub were definite highlights—we used the hot tub every day and really enjoyed relaxing outside. We also loved the Blackstone grill and ended up using it several times. The kitchen was very well stocked, including spices, Keurig coffee, and teas. The towels, sheets, pillows, and linens were all high quality and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also great, with a few nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance and a golf course right next door. We didn’t get a chance to play golf, but it would be a great bonus for golfers. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean home in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything smelled amazing — the bedding, the linens, even the rooms themselves — and the beds were so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and the convenience of the nearby pool restroom was such a thoughtful touch. We were a multi‑generational group, and everyone had a great time.
