Yes. All CDAstay properties are pet-friendly, and most include fenced yards for dogs to enjoy.

A pet fee applies per stay (not per pet): $150 at Central Hayden Hub (Ryan) and $200 at Mill, Blaze, Rosalia, and Walnut.

Are there breed restrictions?

No. There are no breed restrictions and no weight limit. Up to 2 pets are welcome per stay.

Our Pet Guidelines

Simple guidelines to keep our homes comfortable and clean for everyone.

Prior Approval & Registration

Please register your pets when booking (maximum 2 per stay). A pet fee applies per stay—not per pet—to cover our deep-cleaning protocol: $150 at Ryan (Central Hayden Hub) and $200 at Mill, Blaze, Rosalia, and Walnut. There is no weight limit and no breed restrictions. We want to be transparent ahead of time so you can enjoy your stay without worry!

Furniture & Bedding

We want your pets to feel right at home. We just ask that you clean up after them in the yards and help them not track any mud or critters (we all know pets like to bring in friends) into the house.

Leash & Supervision

Please keep your pets leashed in outdoor areas and clean up immediately—guests must bring their own pet supplies, including waste bags. Pets should not be left unattended in the home unless they are crated.
