The Space
Welcome to your premium Coeur d'Alene getaway! I have designed this home to be the ultimate retreat for families and groups. Soak in the year-round 7-person Wellis Lima hot tub, then gather around the fire pit in the private, fenced backyard — I’ve ensured every detail is ready for your arrival. The pool is heated to 85°F April 1 – October 22 and closed for winter, with ladder entry (no diving board).
Inside, you’ll find a "sparkling clean" environment with high-end comforts, including:
- DreamCloud Premium Mattresses: I believe a great vacation starts with a perfect night's sleep, which is why I’ve outfitted the King suites with luxury memory foam.
- A Chef’s Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with everything from an Instant Pot and electric griddle to a coffee station with both drip and Keurig options.
- Family-Ready Living: Enjoy high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in multiple rooms, and a collection of board games and art supplies for the kids.
One of my favorite things about this home is its proximity to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. You are less than a mile from Trader Joe's and the Riverstone shops, and just a short 2-mile drive to the heart of Downtown CDA and the lake.
A Personal Note from Hannah
I personally manage this home to ensure it meets my "well-equipped and pristine" standards. From the fleece throw blankets in the living room to the bathrobes provided for the pool area, I want you to feel completely at home the moment you walk through the door.
This two-story home is designed for group comfort with all bedrooms located upstairs.
Bedroom 1 (Primary):
- King DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress.
- Nightstands with storage, dresser, and lamps.
- Blackout curtains, oscillating fan, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, laundry hamper, shower caddy, full-length mirror, and bathrobes.
Bedroom 2:

Bedroom 3:
- Two Full-size Serta pillow-top mattresses.
- Nightstand with lamp, blackout curtains, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, clothes hamper, and shower caddy.
Bedroom 4:
- Twin bed with a twin trundle (medium-firm mattresses).
- Nightstand, lamp, blackout curtains, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, clothes hamper, shower caddy, and jewelry dish.
Additional Sleeping:
- The Den features a Queen-size tri-fold 6" memory foam mattress with a protector, linens, and duvet.
Kitchen & Dining:
- Appliances: Hand mixer, toaster, hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, Instant Pot, electric griddle, food processor, and dual coffee makers (Drip & Keurig).
- Stocked Essentials: Full array of cookware, bakeware, spices, oils, coffee, and tea.
Dining: Table with seating for 8.
Bathrooms & Laundry:
- Upstairs Bath: Shower-tub combo, soap bars, PooPourri, Neutrogena makeup wipes, cotton balls, Q-tips, and full bath products.
- Downstairs Bath: Walk-in shower, blow dryer, and a first aid kit.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer/dryer with Gain detergent, fabric beads, and dryer sheets.
Access to entire house, garage, and fenced backyard with hot tub, fire pit, and seasonal pool. Only exception is a storage closet in garage and entryway.

Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Backyard: Private, fenced backyard with a year-round 7-person Wellis Lima hot tub and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The 16x32 pool (3ft to 9ft depth, ladder entry) is heated to 85°F April 1 – October 22 and closed for winter.
Outdoor Rules: No flotation devices provided; swim at your own risk. External security cameras monitor the front, garage, and backyard/pool area for safety
Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $200 per stay.
- Maximum number: 2
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.
Unapproved late checkouts:
Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.
Rental Agreement:
All stays require a signed rental agreement.
Cleaning Products:
Our professional sanitization uses standard commercial cleaning products; custom scent-free requests cannot be accommodated.

Our Mill Avenue home is on a residential street between Riverstone and downtown Coeur d'Alene, so everyday errands are easy. Safeway is about a 10-minute walk, Trader Joe's is just under a mile, and Riverstone's shops, restaurants, and movie theater are about 15 minutes away on foot. Downtown's Sherman Avenue, City Beach, and The Coeur d'Alene Resort are each about 5 minutes by car, and Silverwood is about 30 minutes north.
A car is the easiest way to explore, and there's parking at the home for up to 6 vehicles. Spokane International Airport is about 50 minutes' drive. The Centennial Trail is about a 15-minute walk, and downtown is roughly a 15-minute bike ride.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The bird pictures and decor throughout the house added such a charming and unique touch. The hot tub and heated pool were wonderful amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was stocked with all you needed for coffee and lots of extras. It was the perfect place to spend a couple of days making special memories with our grown children and granddaughter. We truly enjoyed our time together and would absolutely recommend this home to others!
My friends and I took a trip to Coeur d’Alene to explore the beautiful town and visit Scarywood, and Hannah Ruth’s place was absolutely wonderful! We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room to fit comfortably throughout the house. Everything was so clean, beautiful, and welcoming! We especially loved spending time outside in the heated pool and hot tub. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a fun night out! Hannah Ruth was also amazing at communicating and responding quickly, especially considering we booked the house the same day. She made the whole process so easy, and we really appreciated how accommodating and helpful she was! We had such a great stay, and I would 100% book this place again when we plan our trip next year. Highly recommend!
The team is so quick with responses and the place was perfectly clean. It's not often I find a rental that actually has a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking needs and even Tupperware! We had a great time and would come back to this one.
