Welcome to your premium Coeur d'Alene getaway! I have designed this home to be the ultimate retreat for families and groups. Whether you are here to splash in the seasonally heated pool (first of April – end of October) or relax in the brand-new 7-person Wellis Spa, I’ve ensured every detail is ready for your arrival.
Inside, you’ll find a "sparkling clean" environment with high-end comforts, including:
- DreamCloud Premium Mattresses: I believe a great vacation starts with a perfect night's sleep, which is why I’ve outfitted the King suites with luxury memory foam.
- A Chef’s Kitchen: I’ve fully stocked the kitchen with everything from an Instant Pot and electric griddle to a coffee station with both drip and Keurig options.
- Family-Ready Living: Enjoy high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in multiple rooms, and a collection of board games and art supplies for the kids.
One of my favorite things about this home is its proximity to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. You are less than a mile from Trader Joe's and the Riverstone shops, and just a short 2-mile drive to the heart of Downtown CDA and the lake.
A Personal Note from Hannah
I personally manage this home to ensure it meets my "well-stocked and pristine" standards. From the fleece throw blankets in the living room to the bathrobes provided for the pool area, I want you to feel completely at home the moment you walk through the door.
This two-story home is designed for group comfort with all bedrooms located upstairs.
Bedroom 1 (Primary):
- King DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress.
- Nightstands with storage, dresser, and lamps.
- Blackout curtains, oscillating fan, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, laundry hamper, shower caddy, full-length mirror, and bathrobes for the pool.
Bedroom 2:
- King DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress.
- Nightstands with storage, lamps, and room-darkening curtains.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, luggage racks, laundry hamper, shower caddy, and pool bathrobes.
Bedroom 3:
- Two Full-size Serta pillow-top mattresses.
- Nightstand with lamp, blackout curtains, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, clothes hamper, and shower caddy.
Bedroom 4:
- Twin bed with a twin trundle (medium-firm mattresses).
- Nightstand, lamp, blackout curtains, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, clothes hamper, shower caddy, and jewelry dish.
Additional Sleeping:
- The Den features a Queen-size tri-fold 6" memory foam mattress with a protector, linens, and duvet.
Kitchen & Dining:
- Appliances: Hand mixer, toaster, hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, Instant Pot, electric griddle, food processor, and dual coffee makers (Drip & Keurig).
- Stocked Essentials: Full array of cookware, bakeware, spices, oils, coffee, and tea.
Dining: Table with seating for 8.
Bathrooms & Laundry:
- Upstairs Bath: Shower-tub combo, soap bars, PooPourri, Neutrogena makeup wipes, cotton balls, Q-tips, and full bath products.
- Downstairs Bath: Walk-in shower, blow dryer, and a first aid kit.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer/dryer with Gain detergent, fabric beads, and dryer sheets.
Access to entire house, garage, back yard pool area. Only exception is a storage closet in garage and entryway.

Pool & Spa Details: The 16x32 pool (3ft to 9ft depth) features a diving board and ladder. The pool is heated to 85 degrees. The Sundance Spa Hot Tub (6-7 adults) was installed in March 2025.
Outdoor Rules: No flotation devices provided; swim at your own risk. External security cameras monitor the front, garage, and backyard/pool area for safety
Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $200 per stay.
- Maximum number: 2
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.
Unapproved late checkouts:
Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.
Rental Agreement:
All stays require a signed rental agreement.
Cleaning Products:
Our professional sanitization uses standard commercial cleaning products; custom scent-free requests cannot be accommodated.

Hannah's house was a great place to base our stay in Coeur d'Alene. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. And yet it was in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were sparkly clean and great fun. The convenient pool house with towels and toilet is a great amenity. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee and cooking spices/oils and plenty of dishes and utensils, so cooking in is definitely an option. Highly recommended!
4.5/5 Stars. We had an absolute blast spending 9 days here for a 12-person family vacation (5 adults, 7 kids)! The location is unbeatable—easy walking distance to downtown CDA and the Wednesday market, which made the 4th of July weekend a breeze. The layout worked perfectly for us. The bird theme is cute, the beds are super comfy, and the sunroom was a massive hit. The heated pool and backyard are incredible, and having a bathroom by the pool house saved our floors from wet kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with real-deal gear, and having double washers and a second fridge in the garage was a lifesaver. Plus, the pool service guy was incredibly friendly! Heads up: The older plumbing means showers turn icy if a toilet flushes or laundry runs, and the AC struggles in the summer heat due to old ductwork. Highly recommend!
Good location, great backyard area with pool. The central air conditioning is only on the ground level, no vents upstairs. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and each only have small operable windows so the ventilation (even with fans in the rooms) was pretty poor and we had a hard time cooling down and sleeping well. If you need a cool place to sleep at night this probably isn't the place for you.
Really close to Silverwood and convenient access to grocery stores and the like. Heated pool was amazing. Was easy to get to the property and had everything we needed when we got there. The community it was located in was safe, felt like we could have left everything unlocked and wouldn't have to worry. The king bed my husband and I had was the best bed I've ever slept in.
The stay was amazing! House was clean, and any questions asked they responded in a very timely manner! Would defiantly stay again!
The house was beautiful and had everything you needed from appliances, toiletries, games, coffee etc!! enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool!! Nice quiet neighborhood!!
Wonderful experience and the place felt like home! Wish I could have stayed longer.
