The Space
Welcome to your premium Coeur d'Alene getaway! I have designed this home to be the ultimate retreat for families and groups. Whether you are here to splash in the seasonally heated pool (first of April – end of October) or relax in the brand-new 7-person Wellis Spa, I’ve ensured every detail is ready for your arrival.
Inside, you’ll find a "sparkling clean" environment with high-end comforts, including:
- DreamCloud Premium Mattresses: I believe a great vacation starts with a perfect night's sleep, which is why I’ve outfitted the King suites with luxury memory foam.
- A Chef’s Kitchen: I’ve fully stocked the kitchen with everything from an Instant Pot and electric griddle to a coffee station with both drip and Keurig options.
- Family-Ready Living: Enjoy high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in multiple rooms, and a collection of board games and art supplies for the kids.
One of my favorite things about this home is its proximity to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. You are less than a mile from Trader Joe's and the Riverstone shops, and just a short 2-mile drive to the heart of Downtown CDA and the lake.

I personally manage this home to ensure it meets my "well-stocked and pristine" standards. From the fleece throw blankets in the living room to the bathrobes provided for the pool area, I want you to feel completely at home the moment you walk through the door.
Hi! I’m Hannah, your local host here in Coeur d’Alene. Several years ago, I traded the fast pace of the city for the mountains of Northern Idaho, and I haven’t looked back. My background as a nurse deeply influences how I host: I believe that true luxury is found in the details and in feeling genuinely cared for.
As the founder of CDAstay, I personally curate, stock, and maintain every home to ensure it meets my 'sparkling clean' and 'perfectly prepared' standards. I’m not just a manager; I’m your local host. Whether it’s ensuring the kitchen is well stocked or sharing the hidden CDA trails and cafés that only locals know, my goal is to make your stay effortless and unforgettable. This two-story home is designed for group comfort with all bedrooms located upstairs.
Bedroom 1 (Primary):
- King DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress.
- Nightstands with storage, dresser, and lamps.
- Blackout curtains, oscillating fan, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, laundry hamper, shower caddy, full-length mirror, and bathrobes for the pool.
Bedroom 2:
- King DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress.
- Nightstands with storage, lamps, and room-darkening curtains.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, luggage racks, laundry hamper, shower caddy, and pool bathrobes.
Bedroom 3:
- Two Full-size Serta pillow-top mattresses.
- Nightstand with lamp, blackout curtains, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, clothes hamper, and shower caddy.
Bedroom 4:
- Twin bed with a twin trundle (medium-firm mattresses).
- Nightstand, lamp, blackout curtains, and luggage racks.
- Extras: Phone charging cable, box fan, clothes hamper, shower caddy, and jewelry dish.
Additional Sleeping:
- The Den features a Queen-size tri-fold 6" memory foam mattress with a protector, linens, and duvet.
Kitchen & Dining:
- Appliances: Hand mixer, toaster, hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, Instant Pot, electric griddle, food processor, and dual coffee makers (Drip & Keurig).
- Stocked Essentials: Full array of cookware, bakeware, spices, oils, coffee, and tea.
Dining: Table with seating for 8.
Bathrooms & Laundry:
- Upstairs Bath: Shower-tub combo, soap bars, PooPourri, Neutrogena makeup wipes, cotton balls, Q-tips, and full bath products.
- Downstairs Bath: Walk-in shower, blow dryer, and a first aid kit.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer/dryer with Gain detergent, fabric beads, and dryer sheets.
Access to entire house, garage, back yard pool area. Only exception is a storage closet in garage and entryway.

Pool & Spa Details: The 16x32 pool (3ft to 9ft depth) features a diving board and ladder. The Sundance Spa Hot Tub (6-7 adults) was installed in March 2025.
Outdoor Rules: No flotation devices provided; swim at your own risk. External security cameras monitor the front, garage, and backyard/pool area for safety
Pet Policy & Requirements
We are happy to welcome your furry family members, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Pet Fee: $250 per stay.
- Maximum Occupancy: 2 pets total.
- Breed Restrictions: Due to insurance requirements, we cannot host dog(s) or cat(s) with a bite history or the following breeds (including any mixes thereof): Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf, or Wolf Hybrid.
- Supervision & Care: Pets must be leashed at all times when outside and must be crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; all waste must be properly disposed of.
- Supplies: Please bring your own supplies; we do not provide food/water bowls, dog towels, or bedding.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination of your stay without a refund.
- Liability: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
