Welcome to your home away from home! I’m Hannah, your local host, and I’ve designed this brand-new (2025) single-level retreat to be the most comfortable and well-stocked stay in the Coeur d'Alene area.
Whether you’re here to hit the greens at Prairie Falls Golf Club (just a short stroll to the new clubhouse, pizzeria, and coffee shop!) or you're planning a family day at Silverwood, this house is ready for you. After a day of exploring, you can pull your EV right into the garage to charge, fire up the natural gas Blackstone griddle for dinner, and sink into our 7-person Wellis hot tub under the Idaho stars.
I take immense pride in the "human touch." You won't find a bare-bones kitchen here; from an Instant Pot to martini glasses, I’ve stocked everything you need to host a gourmet meal. When the day is done, everyone will sleep soundly on DreamCloud premium memory foam mattresses with room-darkening curtains for that perfect vacation rest.
As a local resident raising my family here, I am just a few minutes away if you need a recommendation for the best local bakery or a hidden hiking trail. I can't wait to host you!
Hi! I’m Hannah, your local host here in Coeur d’Alene. Several years ago, I traded the fast pace of the city for the mountains of Northern Idaho, and I haven’t looked back. My background as a nurse deeply influences how I host: I believe that true luxury is found in the details and in feeling genuinely cared for.
As the founder of CDAstay, I personally curate, stock, and maintain every home to ensure it meets my 'sparkling clean' and 'perfectly prepared' standards. I’m not just a manager; I’m your local host. Whether it’s ensuring the kitchen is well stocked or sharing the hidden CDA trails and cafés that only locals know, my goal is to make your stay effortless and unforgettable. OUTDOOR SPACE: Sundance 7-person hot tub (installed May 2025), Blackstone natural gas griddle/BBQ grill, outdoor loveseat and chairs, coffee table.
BEDROOM 1: King size bed, DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress, nightstands with storage, dresser drawers, lamps, room-darkening curtains, phone charging cable, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hangers, laundry hamper.
BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, DreamCloud premium memory foam mattress, nightstands, lamps, phone charging cable, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, luggage rack, laundry hamper, clothes hangers in closets.
BEDROOM 3: Two twin-size beds, memory foam mattresses, nightstand with lamp, phone charging cable, room-darkening curtains, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hamper, clothes hangers in closets, desk, chair.
LIVING AREA: Two 6-inch memory foam twin size tri-fold mattresses, breathable and washable bamboo fiber fabric cover, ideal for accommodating up to 2 additional guests. Easily set up for comfortable sleeping; these foldable mattresses come with cushions that can be packed away when not in use, allowing for flexible space usage.
KITCHEN: Hand mixer, 4-slice toaster, hot water pot, crockpot, blender, Instant Pot, electric griddle, food processor, 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, and a wide range of cookware, bakeware, utensils, glassware, and serving dishes. Stocked with coffee, tea, spices, oils, and basic supplies for all your culinary needs.
LIVING ROOM: Couch, gas fireplace, lamps, and fleece throw blankets. 64” TV offering online streaming—just sign in to your preferred services (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.). Books, board games, and puzzles available along with high-speed Spectrum WiFi.
MAIN BATHROOM: Walk-in shower, premium toiletries, blow dryer, and essentials.
SECONDARY BATHROOM: Shower-tub combination, toiletries, and amenities.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Full-size washer and dryer, detergent, supplies, iron, ironing board, Dyson cordless vacuum, and extra linens.
DINING ROOM: Table with seating for 8.
CLOSET: Hot tub towels, extra bed linens, cleaning supplies (broom, Swiffer mop, O-cedar easy ringing mop and bucket), oscillating fan, and toolbox.
GARAGE: Private parking for one car in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway, snow shovel, and 50A outlet for electric car charger.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Walk to Prairie Falls Golf Course and Clubhouse, Iron Wood and Ice Restaurant, Suites at Prairie Falls Boutique Hotel, River City Pizzeria, Anchored Coffee and Bakery, and Prairie Mini-market. Close to Silverwood Theme Park (25 min), Idaho Centennial Trail (5 min), Triple Play Family Fun Park (16 min), Honeysuckle Beach on Lake Hayden, and convenient access to Downtown Coeur D'Alene and Spokane (15-20 min).
- External security cameras are located on front of house facing street, and back of house facing street. There are no interior cameras or cameras facing the interior.
- Please be aware that while we strive to accurately represent our property in photos and descriptions, minor variations may occur. By booking, guests acknowledge that the actual property may differ slightly from what is shown or described, and no refunds will be issued based on such differences.
- The hot tub is provided as an amenity for your enjoyment. However, in rare cases where they may be unavailable or under maintenance during your stay, we are not able to offer refunds, discounts, or compensation of any kind.
Access to entire house, garage, back yard.

Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $200 per stay.
- Maximum number: 2
- Insurance policy does not allow: dog(s) or cat(s) with bite history as well as Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid or any mix thereof.
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.
Unapproved late checkouts:
Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.
Extended stays:
Longer stays welcome! Please note: For reservations over 28 nights, a rental agreement is required. We’ll send this through Airbnb messaging after booking.
